Please complete and submit the form below.  Include all relevant details, such as the purpose of the function, planned time period, and estimated numbers within the 'message' section.  Also note that the facility is not wheelchair accessible (exterior entry steps, and washrooms are located in the basement), nor is the hall air-conditioned.   A refundable deposit is required to finalize a booking.

Rental Rates:

$25 per hour (3 hour minimum).

$350 for Friday or Saturday late afternoon & evenings,  from 4 pm to close.  $150 for Sundays after 4 pm.

 Note that most Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are unavailable for rental, from September to June.  Check to confirm actual date.
